Christian Tiedemann is the new CEO of the MAI Group and is now responsible for the entrepreneurial activities and strategic direction of the young digital group. MAI Group also announces the recent acquisition of xpose360 GmbH.
The digital agency group MAI (Marketing Automation Intelligence), which was founded last year from the merger of seven companies, has appointed Christian Tiedemann, an experienced leader, to further expand its service range.

Christian Tiedemann has many years of experience in the industry. His past work ranges from Scholz & Friends, where he was CFO/COO, to positions such as CEO at Commarco and Commercial Director at WPP. Most recently, Tiedemann was CEO at the digital agency group PIA, which he expanded into a leading e2e digital group by further developing the content of its digital brand portfolio, making strategic acquisitions and realigning its structure.
The MAI Group is showing signs of growth, as MAI is also announcing a new company acquisition when Christian Tiedemann takes over as CEO. xpose360 GmbH, an internationally operating specialist agency for digital performance marketing with a focus on services in the areas of search engine optimization, paid media, programmatic advertising, web analytics, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing and digital strategy consulting, is strengthening the Group's service portfolio. They work for clients in 23 countries such as Haribo, Jochen Schweizer mydays Group, Webasto, Peter Hahn, Gardena, yello, Schöffel, Müller Milch and HypoVereinsbank with the aim of increasing sales and traffic by focusing on the customer journey. The digital experiences of xpose360 combine digital marketing with the development of digital processes and business models, and provide holistic support in all aspects of digitalization.
Together with the now eight companies, MAI Group bundles extensive expertise from various digital areas under one roof. This opens up new, exciting perspectives for both customers and employees, a complementary range of services, and the opportunity to contribute to the management of overarching tasks.
The MAI founders and former interim managing directors Oliver Czok and Klaus-Stephan Wendt have left the company and will focus on M&A activities in the future.
